On the day you were  born, you began a journey that has brought you here to this present moment of curiosity.

You may have an inkling that there might be something more for you somehow, an unknown purpose. Or maybe you just have a feeling that something is missing or isn't right in your world. Perhaps you are feeling stuck, anxious, stressed, grieving or just overall unhappy and you may or may not know why. 

We each have a story, a history that makes up a part of who we are. The belief systems of our families, friends, the media and our culture have all had an influence on who we have become. Sometimes some of those external belief systems don't jive with our inner selves, but yet we question ourselves instead of trusting what we know to be true for our very own souls. 

Our "Inner Child" holds many belief patterns that were set by others when we were younger. Some of the un-helpful patterns we learned can keep us stuck in a spiral of behaviors that keep us from creating the life that we truly want. The most damaging untruthful belief that many of us have internalized is:

"I'm not good enough". 

That core belief gets you reaching for more cookies, that third glass of wine or whatever distraction works for you to not feel your imagined un-worthiness. 

You may not believe me, but I'm here to tell you that you were born good enough. You were born worthy. Any self-talk telling you otherwise is a lie of the belief systems that you've learned along the way. Together we will connect with and begin healing your subconscious inner child who has unknowingly been driving your bus off the road. We will connect with your soul and your higher self so that you can finally enjoy peace, passion, purpose and freedom from the patterns that have been holding you back.

The entire Universe is made up of energy and your body is no exception.  Energy is our life force and our bodies have several Energy Centers called Chakras which play an important role in our overall health.  

Chakras are basically swirling wheels of energy with seven major centers starting at the base of the spine and continuing up the body to the top of the head. Each one connects with our major organs and also to our psychological, emotional, and spiritual states. They develop in stages within us from birth through childhood and into adulthood. Chakras can become imbalanced and blocked because of various life experiences and unhelpful habits. 

If one or more of your Chakras gets disrupted and spins too quickly, moves too slowly, is blocked or "gunked up" with other people's energy (that you unknowingly took on), your physical and emotional health can suffer.

I will scan your Chakras for imbalances and once found, I can help you to become aware of the issues in your life that are creating the imbalances.  Cleansing and Balancing of each Chakra will then gently be done offering you a relaxed yet renewed energy state and Spirit.

This process is a combination of Reiki along with specific Advanced Energy Medicine healing methods that I have studied and practiced extensively over the past three decades.

Grief Counseling is offered to those who have lost someone close, physical capabilities, a pet, a job or grieving any other life changing event.

Loss is wordlessly painful when it is on our own doorstep. Our culture often doesn't provide enough time, support and space for healing in the  ways that we need. While others have good intentions, they may not know what to do or say and may want to quickly fix what is not fixable. As a Certified Grief Counselor, I will provide deep listening, coping skills and heartfelt support and comfort while you mourn.

 What is it?  EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a powerful holistic healing technique that resolves a range of issues. It's based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.

The basic Tapping technique requires you to focus on a negative emotion or physical issue. This can be a fear, a worry, a bad memory or anything that you wish to resolve. It can also be helpful in the elimination of habits that you have struggled to let go of. It works by maintaining mental focus on an issue and then using your fingertips to tap  on 9 specific meridian points on the body.

I will guide you through the process and show you where the meridian endpoints are and give you your own personal script to say while tapping. This will address the root cause of distress and will send a calming signal to the brain. This allows the nervous system to go back into parasympathetic (relaxation) state where major shifts can happen.

I have studied and used this form of energy psychology and have seen profound shifts.

I will talk with you to learn about your lifestyle and then teach you Meditations chosen especially for you so that you can easily fit this beautiful practice into your busy Life. This teaching can be included with any other offering at no charge.

Intuitive Oracle and Spirit Guided Readings are helpful especially at times when we feel anxious, confused, unsure of our choices, and unclear of our life's direction and purpose.

These sessions generally flow with information and counsel from Spirit Guides and sometimes even deceased loved ones who have messages for you to help bring; greater clarity, comfort, direction and often profound change.
